Essential Duties and Accountabilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the essential duties satisfactorily.
Drive and lead team in 5S Relieve Team Lead as needed Perform preventative maintenance are required by the schedule Troubleshot short stops and perform required quality checks Operate and maintain various equipment at an acceptable level with emphasis on quality, IATF 16949 standard, safety/environmental, 5S and productivity Operate and maintain automated and semi-automated equipment in a high-volume production environment Able to communicate and perform in a fast paced, team environment with a positive outlook in communication and conduct with others Adherence to all company policies and procedures Flexible to work in any area of operation/shift as needed Travel as needed May perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned by management.

) Knowledge of equipment condition check sheets and required documentation Able to perform preventive maintenance as required by the P.

Experience:
High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
