Parts Counter Hourly Pay:
$22.

Hours:
Monday -Friday 7am-5pm (No Weekend)
Essential Functions:
Receive purchased material and checks PO against packing slip for accuracy.
Enter receiving and inventory information into the system.
Put material away after receipt.
Issue returns for unused material per SOP guidelines.
Return material to vendor or shipping parts out for repair, following SOP guidelines.
Performing cycle counts and reporting stock balance discrepancies to Manager for resolution.
Take inventory to identify reorder needs for supervisor approval.
Issue materials to client as required.
Locates stock and delivers items to their destination outside of storeroom upon request.
Provide professional customer service to internal and external customers.
Cleans and organizes storeroom as directed, including sweeping, scraping, etc.
Other duties as assigned.

Answering the phone and speaking with customers and employees.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear.
The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.

Parts Manager Expected Hours of Work:
The Bobcat is open 5 days per week (M - F).
Times will vary throughout the year, but retail hours are M-F (7am to 5pm).

Requirements:
Previous experience working in automotive or construction industry preferred.
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills (verbal and written).
Must have the ability to manage heavy phone volume with great data entry skills while paying close attention to details.
Have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and an elevated level of competence with computer related programs.
Be professional and hard working with a customer-friendly approach to service.
Be comfortable working in a team setting.
Must be able to learn company designated software within a reasonable amount of time allotted.
