We'll be here every step of the way to help you through the process!8am - 5pm Monday- Friday$30/hr TemporaryWhat's a typical day as a Recruiter?Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards (such as Indeed), social media platforms, professional networks, and direct outreach, to identify potential candidates.Initiate and maintain relationships with potential candidates through personalized and effective communication.Assess candidate interest, availability, and suitability for specific job openings.Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to gather specific job requirements and refine candidate profiles.Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.Work closely with the recruitment team, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs and priorities.Tracking candidates and positions in the ATS by taking ownership and accountability for your requisitions to ensure all applicants are correctly dispositioned in the ATS and in accordance with local compliance requirements. At least 2 years of experience in a fast paced and high volume recruiting environmentHigh school diploma required; Bachelors Degree desiredExperience with recruiting/sourcing positions for manufacturingExpertise with Internet and job board sourcingExperience using an Applicant Tracking SystemStrong customer service orientation skillsConsultative approach to recruiting operations Recommended Skills Customer Service Recruitment Social Media Apply to this job. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
