In this home care role, candidate will be responsible for following up with new client leads, meeting with potential new clients and doing community outreach.
Essential Functions of Client Care Coordinator:
Answer inside sales calls for home care clients Respond to all new client leads Follow up with client prospects for new home care services Conduct consultations with new clients Post on Social Media to increase SEO Work with corporate web associate to increase SEO Manage email campaigns Provide information and education to healthcare professionals, facilities, organizations and consumers regarding services offered Conduct quality assurance calls to maintain client satisfaction Represent the agency at health fairs, community functions, and participate in community events appropriate for promotion of the agency Provide regular reporting to management on sales metrics Qualifications of Client Care Coordinator:

years of demonstrated experience in sales, marketing in the areas of home care, hospice or healthcare Excellent communication and proven relationship building skills Organized and self-motivated in achieving sales goals Benefits of Client Care Coordinator:
