Plant Quality Manager

This is a very visible, significant role within the Company and the Quality function. This position will report to Director Global Quality - Industrial Division.  Description The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following: Maintain the site Quality Management System in compliance with outside certifications and internal quality standards Support operations through in-process and product conformance testing. Actively participate in troubleshooting, technology transfers, and process improvement activities Implement and maintain Good Manufacturing Practices for food contact adhesives as required Communicate with local management and broader network about quality initiatives and projects Lead quality projects utilizing recognized problem-solving techniques Conduct Root Cause Analysis for quality issues Supervise quality laboratory operations and personnel Assist with resolution of customer complaints and questions regarding product quality Manage external laboratory analysis Engage as part of the site management team Qualifications In order to be qualified for this role, you must possess the following: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or relevant field 7-10 years of experience in a relevant manufacturing environment or industry Demonstrated problem-solving and project management skills Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt, or Certified Quality Engineer Previous experience managing a site Quality Management System Experience with Good Manufacturing Practice, particularly in food or food packaging Excellent communication skills; ability to work across disciplines; demonstrated quality or efficiency results The following skill sets are preferred by the business unit: Masters degree 3-5 years supervisory experience Proven history of successful implementation and maintenance of microbial control programs in an industrial setting. 2018-7405

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
